Please join BAYPE, BAYWO, BAYO Creative Ensemble, BAYC and BAYWTO at their summer concert, which will take place at The Blue Coat School, Western Way, Basingstoke, RG22 6HA.

Please can percussionists arrive at 11:30 for setup, with the remaining ensemble members arriving by 12:00. All players should arrive wearing concert clothes as there are no changing facilities at this venue.

It is essential that all musicians are signed in and out upon entry and departure. Signing in and out will happen at the entrance to the dining hall which is just within the front entrance.

There is limited parking at the front of this venue, so please leave plenty of time to find a space. Additional parking is available on the tennis courts at the back of the school, accessible via Pinkerton Road and then Portsmouth Crescent.
