Come and join Hampshire Council Council Chairman, Cllr Elaine Still for a spring concert celebrating the best and most talented of Hampshire's young musicians. Youthful exuberance matched with strong commitment and real desire to perform will make for a memorable evening. The programme will include Shostakovich's Symphony No. 10 and Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue.
